is therapeutic and only therapeutic in nature, any sexual misconduct to include innuendoes, illicit remarks, gestures, inappropriate touching, or sexual advancements towards the licensed massage therapist will never be tolerated. If you violate this policy, you will be removed immediately from the premises and discipline action to include a police report will be filed against you.

24-hour advance notice is required when canceling appointments. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment in a timely manner. If you are unable to provide 24- hours advance notice for appointment cancellations, you will be responsible for 50% of the session price. Negative account balances must be paid before you are able to schedule again. If repetitive late/same day cancellations occur, you may be asked to pre-pay for future services.

Is in the lower portion of my residence, separate and private from the rest of the dwelling. The studio includes a lounge area, a private bathroom and the primary treatment room which includes the massage table where the therapies are received. All other areas of the residences are strictly prohibited. Please be respectful of my home, do not show up unannounced or outside of studio hours.

New clients please arrive 15 minutes prior to session start time for consultation. After your first initial visit please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to session start and no later than 5 minutes prior to session start time to ensure your appointment starts on time. If you arrive earlier than the recommended time, you will not be allowed in until 10 minutes before the session starts as the door remains locked until then. In accordance with Colorado Springs Home Permit, only (1) patron is allowed on the premises at a time. 

Late arrivals will not be guaranteed the full time of their scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, your session will be the remaining minutes left of the scheduled appointment, ending on time. This ensures the therapist is kept on time, for those appointments that follow directly after. Regardless of the length of the treatment given or if you opt out of receiving the shortened session length you will be responsible for 100% of the scheduled session price. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and others, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Ample on-street parking is available directly in front of the residence where the studio is located. Please do not park in front of neighboring residences. Please secure all belongings in your vehicle and make sure your vehicle is locked.

For your safety, my safety as well as for the safety of my neighborhood and neighbors, the exterior premises of the location where the practice is held is under 24- hour recorded surveillance. There are never any cameras or recordings in the massage room where treatments are held or in the private bathroom associated with the practice.

Your safety is IMPORTANT. Appointments that need to be cancelled due to inclement weather or weather road conditions on your route to the studio will NOT be considered late or same day cancellations. During inclement snowy weather, the driveway, sidewalk, walkway, steps, and stairs will be cleared to the best of my advantage. 

No calls, no shows, late and same cancellations or anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment day of, will be considered a “late//same day” cancellation and you will be responsible for 50% of the session price. Negative account balances must be paid before you are able to schedule again, and you will need to prepay for future services.

If you cannot make your appointment the day of and to avoid a same day cancel fee, you may have a friend, or family member “substitute”, essentially replacing you for the appointment you scheduled. If you wish to take advantage of this policy or for more information, please contact the studio. 

In addition to offering appointment reminders cards upon booking, each client in person or online is required to provide a valid email address for emailed appointment notifications or working phone number for reminder texts or calls. Clients will receive an appointment confirmation after scheduling and a reminder 30- hours prior to session start time. Clients can also cancel and reschedule appointments (prior to 24- hours) through these reminders. 

Any person 17 years of age or under is classified as a minor, and is more than welcome to receive massage, and in some cases deemed necessary under physician orders. The studio’s minor policy is are followed: If you are 15 years of age or older, your parent or guardian must be present in the studio. If you are under the age of 15, your parent(s) or guardian must be present in the room during the session. Although there is no minimum age to receive massage it is preferred that the minor can communicate clearly, and lay still for the duration of the session, shorter session lengths may be required. 

This modality is NOT performed by the licensed massage therapist, meaning it is NOT within the scope of practice of the licensed massage therapist. If you are pregnant, you will need to schedule with a certified prenatal licensed massage therapist. 

Post operative patients are required to provide written consent from the medical professional clearing them to receive massage. Patrons who recently injured themselves (sports, fall etc.) must wait 72- hours  from time of injury before they are able to receive massage.

MUST showcase legitimate service animal qualities and qualifications, if an animal is suspected to not be an appropriate service animal, you will forfeit your session and incur a same day cancellation fee of 50% of the session service price. Please inform me if a service animal will be accompanying you during your session(s), as there are other animals on the premises.

Are more than welcome in the studio. I provide coloring books as well as kid friendly movies to be utilized if you need to bring your child. All I ask is that your child is responsible enough to be left on their own accord in the studio's lounge area and can retain a quite respectful nature while you enjoy your session. Please inform me if your child/children will be accompanying you for your session(s).

It has always been in your best interest to NOT receive massage while you are sick or experiencing flu-like symptoms. Receiving massage while sick will make you feel worse and, in some cases, prolong the illness. It is best to schedule or reschedule your massage 14 days out from your last day of illness. For those experiencing symptoms due to sinuses or allergies it IS recommend you receive massage to alleviate sinus pressure and those symptoms relating to allergies.

Smoking, tobacco, drugs and alcohol to include vaping is prohibited on, in or near the premises where the therapies are held. If you are suspected to be under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol you will forfeit your session, incur a fee of 100% of the session service price  and will be banned from further patient care indefinitely. Due to therapist allergies as well as potential patron allergies strong tobacco odors and those scents used to camouflage the smell of smoke will not be tolerated.
